The transfer of your ADSs and replacement of your lost American Depositary Receipts, if any, among other matters, are governed by the Deposit Agreement, dated as of October 2, 2017, by and among us, the depositary of our American Depositary Shares and all holders and beneficial owners of American Depositary Shares issued thereunder, as amended from time to time, and by the American Depositary Receipt, if any, representing your ADSs. A copy of the form of such Deposit Agreement as of the date hereof (i) has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under cover of Pre-Effective Amendment No. 1 to Registration Statement on Form F-6 (Reg. No. 333-220392), (ii) may be retrieved from the SEC’s website (www.sec.gov), and (iii) is also available for inspection and copying at the public reference facilities maintained by the SEC in Washington, D.C. For questions about transfers of your ADSs or replacement of your lost American Depositary Receipts, please contact the depositary for our American Depositary Shares. If your ADSs are held in a brokerage account, you may also contact your broker with questions about transfers of your ADSs.
