On June 27, 2019, NuCana plc (the “Company”) held its Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) in the Norton House Hotel, Ingliston, Edinburgh, EH28 8LX, United Kingdom. All of the resolutions set out in the Company’s notice of the AGM dated May 24, 2019 and furnished on Form 6-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 29, 2019 were duly proposed and passed.
